Charger Parents and Students,

As we near the end of the 2020-2021 school year, it brings both sadness and joy to see our seniors leave us after such a difficult year and a half of virtual education during a national world pandemic.  We will miss our seniors tremendously; however, we know they will continue to overcome all barriers and excel as our Chargers ALWAYS CHARGE ON!  Our seniors have shown resilience and perseverance during these difficult times and will continue to exemplify the Veterans Memorial ECHS spirit as they begin the next chapter in life.

We look forward to a great school year and continuing to observe the resiliency of both our students and staff.  As we prepare for the next school year, we are honored and excited to welcome our new and returning students, parents, faculty, and staff to the 2021-2022 school year. While we are still a little unsure of what the new school year holds, we are committed to making it the best possible experience for our students. The teachers, staff and administration at Veterans are committed to providing high quality education, along with relevant extra-curricular opportunities, that will meet the needs and interests of all the students at Veterans.  Our teachers will continue to prepare tirelessly to deliver nothing but high-quality instruction. We will all continue to strive for excellence and work together as we navigate through any and all challenges that come before us. 

As your Principal, I challenge each and every student to take full advantage of all that is offered at VMECHS so that you can make your high school life successful, enjoyable, memorable and most importantly, meaningful.  I truly believe that every student on this campus has the ability and the potential to accomplish great things!  I also want to remind you that your teachers, counselors, and administrators are available to provide assistance. Your questions and concerns are always welcome.

We look forward to the challenges of tomorrow, and with that, I am excited about the future of Veterans Memorial ECHS.  Together, we will continue to move forward and find new ways to achieve academic greatness, further instill and inspire Charger Pride and traditions, and create lasting high school memories.  As we begin the 2021-2022 school year, we expect that each of you will be instrumental in helping VMECHS continue its tradition of academic!
